International 10.2.14

Today we worked on the chairs exercising each muscle through movement phrasing , I feel this is fantastic due to learning something new all the time about how the body/ muscles work. 

We then learnt new movements for the milonga, this was physically hard due to the co-ordination and focus you needed! However once you hAd got the alternation of co-ordination I felt this got easier and finally got the movement. The emigrant was then placed into the choreography near middle were this was going to be performed solo next to my partner
